6. Information to be submitted for type approval and inspection of SRRC radio transmitting equipment
The applicant submits the original or duplicate "Application Form for Approving Radio Transmitting Equipment Type" and "Registration Form for Equipment Testing Information" which have been completed and stamped with the official seal of the applicant unit (equipment manufacturer); if there is an agent applicant, the applicant must also submit "Authorization Form for Approving Radio Transmitting Equipment Type";
1. Copies of the Business License of Enterprise Legal Person submitted by the applicant (including the agent applicant).
2. Submit technical specifications (including software and hardware version numbers) and user manuals for the model of the applicant equipment;
